Changes
Product exchanges can only be made by the original purchaser and within [30 Days] from the original purchase date.
Other conditions that apply to product exchanges: - The product must be in its original packaging and unused. - The product must be undamaged and in saleable condition. - The purchased product must be in the same price range as the product for which the exchange is requested.
The exchange period takes [9-15] business days.
Returns
- Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Your product must be returned to us in its original packaging to the address we provided. Please do not send your purchased product back to our manufacturers.

Order Changes and Cancellation
After purchase, we'll give you 24 hours to cancel or make any changes (sale items are not eligible for cancellation). Any time after that, your order will have already been processed and prepared for shipping, so changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours.
Damaged/Missing Items
If for any reason your order arrives damaged or missing items, we'll be happy to replace it as soon as possible. To file a Damaged/Lost Item Claim, please contact our support team. When emailing us, be sure to include "Damaged/Lost Item Claim" in the subject line so we can take care of it as soon as possible!
Sample Scenarios
"My tracking information says it's delivered, but I haven't received it yet." We've confirmed with the post office and courier company that the item was delivered on a specific date, time, and location. We are not responsible for items missing during delivery.
If our courier company or post office cannot confirm that the item has been delivered, you must contact us and let us know, and we will make arrangements to send you another one or refund you as soon as possible.
If the package was delivered to the same address the recipient gave us and the wrong address was accidentally entered, we cannot be held responsible for this error. However, we always like to take care of our customers, so if this error occurs on your behalf, we will work with you to ensure you still receive your product at a discounted price! However, this is at the discretion of our customer support team, so please double-check the shipping address when entering your information at checkout. If you think you've made an address error, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so we can address it before we process your order.
Returns
Once we receive your product(s) in the condition and manner specified above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time. We will only initiate the refund through the same payment method you used for your purchase. Once the credit is processed, it will typically appear in your account within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Transport
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased the item during a free shipping promotion, you will still be responsible for the shipping cost.
